KLAS provides long-term base maintenance service in consideration of equipment’s Life-Cycle time. The project contract includes basic requirement of system warranty support and providing preventive maintenance service with specific contract renew. Customer also expect periodical system upgrade on equipment & Inventory control software. On-call base emergency contact windows are also available during your operation hours.
Preventive maintenance:
Preventive maintenance and renewable supports are also available after basic warranty period ends. The service includes equipment’s electrical & mechanical inspection, device calibration and operator training and manual upgrade etc… also monitoring will follow up at frequent basis.

Emergency on-call service:
There might be unexpected system down-time due to its various of mechanical & electrical operation. For such case, KLAS opens on-call hot line to deal with common trouble-shoots and dispatch technicians in case of actual machine parts problem on the site.
